Grad Bash: Tickets go on sale from Feb. 8-29 in English teacher Mary Brubaker’s room, C202. Tickets will be $75 and can be bought at any time. This year’s bash will be on April 21 at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. “I’ve never been there before so I plan on having fun,” said senior Ashley Seay. Seay is excited about the bash and said she is going “because it’s my last time to be with all my senior classmates.”

Flag football: Conditioning will be from Feb. 6-23, 2012. Tryouts will be Feb. 27 and 28.  Necole Tunsil is no longer the coach. Replacing her is Eric Ventura. Ventura used to coach at Dixie Hollins and wanted to come to Lakewood. "It's hard to replace coach Tunsil, but she needs to focus on basketball," said athletic director Deb Fabrizio.
